As a part of our Gun Ana philosophy, we believe in the importance of giving back to our communities and environment. 1% for the planet is an initiative that was launched in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard from Patagonia and Craig Matthews from Blue Ribbon Flies.
The idea with this initiative is that most businesses profit from the resources taken from our planet, meaning we should also give back to the planet!
At Gun Ana, we strongly resonate with this mindset as a big part of our core idea is that everything in life is connected - the sun, the earth and all living beings.
