Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to the following countries;

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number of your order by email. All our orders are shipped with PostNord directly to you mailbox or to you nearest DHL service point.
Don't forget to add your email and phone number in order to receive notifications regarding your shipment.
If your order is delivered to a Service point you need to pick it up within 7 days. If you don't have the possibility to pick it up within that time frame, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the parcel has not been collected and is returned to us from the service point, we reserve the right to charge a service fee of 250 sek (25 Euros).
It takes between 1-3 working days from the time you place the order until you receive it. In the event of late delivery, you are entitled to cancel the purchase.
You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment.
Please note, that you are responsible for the products after delivery. Should the packaging be damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you received your package.
If your order consists of several products, we retain the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries kan be necessary, if certain products are delayed or not on stock at the time of your order. You will be informed if it is necessary to make separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs in this case.
